Before placing any bets, you must deposit cleared funds into your account using an approved payment method. All deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are processed in your selected currency. PricedUp does not charge additional deposit fees, though your card provider may classify gambling deposits as cash withdrawals and apply their own charges. Understanding the deposit and withdrawal process ensures smooth account management and compliance with our terms. ## Deposits: How to Add Funds to Your Account You can deposit funds into your PricedUp account through the "My Account" section of the website. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your name-you cannot use payment cards or accounts belonging to spouses, family members, friends, or any third party. Using a payment method not registered to you is a breach of our terms and may result in account closure, voiding of bets, and forfeiture of winnings. By depostiing funds, you authorise PricedUp to hold those funds solely for placing bets or gaming stakes and for settling any applicable fees. If we reasonably believe you are depositing funds without intending to place bets we reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or close your account and may report such activity to relevant authorities. PricedUp does not charge fees for deposits made via payment card. However, some debit card providers classify gambling deposits as cash withdrawals under their own terms and conditions, which may incur charges. PricedUp accepts no responsibility for any such charges. ## Withdrawals: How to Withdraw Your Winnings You can request withdrawals through the "Withdraw" section of "My Account," provided you have sufficient funds available. There is no fixed daily withdrawal limit, though requests exceeding £10,000 (or equivalent in another currency) may require additional processing arrangements. All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your original deposit. Withdrawal payments can only be made in the name of and to the registered account holder. Before processing a withdrawal, particularly if funds were deposited using a payment card, we may request personal identification documents to verify your identity and prevent fraud. If you request a withdrawal without fully wagering your deposited funds, PricedUp reserves the right to deduct a fee from your account to cover reasonable costs associated with both the deposit and withdrawal process. The withdrawal amount may be reduced accordingly. ## Account Currency Once you select a currency for your account during registration, all deposits, wagers, and withdrawals will be processed in that currency. If you wish to change your account currency after registration, please contact Customer Support. ## Dormant Accounts and Fund Protection If you have not placed a bet for a continuous period of 365 days, or if your account has remained frozen for the same period, your account will be deemed dormant. If your dormant account holds a positive balance, we will attempt to return the funds to your last known registered payment method. If that is unsuccessful, we will make all reasonable efforts to contact you using your registered contact details to determine how you would like the funds returned. No fees are charged for maintaining a dormant account, and funds will not be removed. Your balance remains in your account and available for withdrawal upon successful verification of your identity, where required. ## Customer Fund Protection In compliance with Gambling Commission licensing requirements, PricedUp holds customer funds separately from company funds in a combination of bank accounts, investment accounts, and reserve funds with our payment processors.
